An appointment system is used. Patients are currently seen on the day they request an appointment. Non-urgent or follow-up appointments can be either pre-booked when available or obtained on the required day.

Where possible patients may express a preference of practitioner. Medical advice from a GP or Nurse can be obtained by telephoning 22888 during surgery opening hours.

Emergencies

Telephone 22888 at any time. When the surgery is closed, an answer machine will give you a number to phone. In the event of a medical emergency occurring between the hours of 6.30pm-8.00am (Monday-Friday), Friday 6.30pm until Monday 8.00am, or at all times on a Bank Holiday please phone 0300 1233211.

Disabled Access

The surgery is suitable for those patients confined to wheelchairs. However there is a slight step leading from the pavement to the garden path.
