The purpose of triage is to ensure that all patients are seen by the appropriate clinician for the appropriate level of care. Our experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner Team will be undertaking this role of triage and this will be for all URGENT & on the day appointment requests.

When you call you will be asked for a few details of the problem and you will then receive a call back from the team. The Advanced Nurse Practitioners will discuss your problem and take the appropriate action. The team may be able to deal with your problem without you having to attend the surgery.

GP appointments can be booked in advanced and only urgent cases will be seen by the duty doctor on the day.

Patient Participation Group (PPG)

We are currently looking for new members for our PPG – all ages are welcome.

If you are interested in joining, please contact the Medical Secretary at the surgery on 01905 22888 for further information.

Our next meeting is on Tuesday 17th November 2015 at 2pm.

 Saturday Clinics

Appointments on a Saturday are for patients who have booked in advance. There is no walk in service at the surgery, if you feel you require urgent treatment, you need to call 111 or if it is an emergency A & E.

We do not have the capacity on a Saturday to deal with any enquiries or prescription requests.

Please Note also change of hours for Saturdays - we now only open 8.00am - 12noon.
